Megan Koski Named Partner at Boulay

Megan Koski, CPA, was recently named a partner with Boulay.

Megan joined Boulay in 2017. She specializes in providing accounting and audit services to clients in a range of industries, including product and services, manufacturers, financial services, real estate, and financial services organizations. She plans, conducts and leads audits and other financial reporting engagements for both public and private companies. Megan reviews and analyzes companies’ internal controls and provides recommendations to strengthen these controls, and she prepares financial statements in accordance with GAAP. She works proactively with her clients to effectively address accounting and auditing issues. In addition to working with clients, Megan enjoys helping internal staff with their career development. Prior to joining Boulay, Megan had previous public accounting experience, including nine years at national accounting firms.

Megan has a B.S. in business and accounting from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management and is a Certified Public Accountant. She is actively involved in the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Dassel-Cokato Curriculum Advisory Committee. Megan also serves as a scholarship reviewer for the National Society of Collegiate Scholars.
