Clayton Brownlee Named Partner at Boulay

Clayton Brownlee, CPA, was recently named a partner with Boulay.

Clay joined Boulay in 2016. After beginning his career in audit, he now specializes in providing financial due diligence and other consulting services to search fund, private equity, family investment offices, and corporate partners. With his primary focus on financial due diligence, Clay provides critical transaction insights and data analysis to support investment decisions and business operations analysis.

Clay has a B.A. in economics with an accounting certificate from the University of Minnesota and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is actively involved in the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Clay also serves as a coach for the Special Olympics.
