Cathy Hogan Named Director of Operations and Compliance at Boulay Financial Advisors, LLC

Boulay Financial Advisors, LLC (BFA) is proud to announce that Cathy Hogan was recently promoted to Director of Operations and Compliance. She transitioned to the newly created position on August 1, 2023.

As the Director of Operations and Compliance, Hogan leads BFA’s operations and strategy development. She partners with other leaders in BFA to identify, manage and deliver on operational, technology and compliance priorities, as well as develop strategies to drive change at all levels. Hogan is passionate about improving the BFA client experience and is motivated by the opportunity to solve problems, get answers, serve others and improve processes and procedures.

Hogan joined BFA in 2021 and has more than 25 years of experience within the financial services industry. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Drake University and is Series 65 registered. Hogan serves as a Board Member for the Edina Morningside Rotary Club, a Member of Boulay’s DEI Leadership Team, and volunteers with the North Star Rotary Youth Exchange and the Edina High School Access Program.

Outside of work, Cathy enjoys spending time at the cabin with her family, playing pickleball, reading, running, and walking her dog.
