Boulay Welcomes New Estate and Trust Manager

Boulay recently hired Pamela Clements, CPA as a new Estate and Trust Manager. She joins Boulay with over 20 years of estate and trust consulting experience.

Pam specializes in assisting clients with their estate, gift, trust and internal accounting needs. She reviews trust, estate and gift tax returns and assists with tax compliance and planning. Prior to joining Boulay, Pam worked as an Estate and Trust Independent Consultant assisting estate attorneys, elder law attorneys and professional guardians with accounting, foundation management, and trust, estate, gift and individual tax returns. She also has experience as a Tax Manager for a private family office, a Tax Accountant in the estate and trust department of a law firm, and served as a financial and managerial accounting instructor at a Texas community college.

Pam holds a Master of Science degree in Accounting from The American University and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Marketing from Baylor University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Pam serves as the Chapter Finance Advisor for Eta Gamma of Delta Gamma at Texas A&M University and was formerly the House Corporation President.

In her free time, Pam enjoys attending sporting events with her family, watercolor painting, traveling, and spending time with her English Springer Spaniel, Daisy.
