Boulay Welcomes New Audit Manager

Boulay recently hired Mark Danelich, CPA as a new Audit Manager. He joins Boulay with over seven years of professional accounting experience.

Mark provides audit and accounting services to privately held clients in a variety of industries, including construction, real estate and manufacturing. He plans, organizes and conducts client audit, review and compilation engagements, and prepares financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and other special-purpose frameworks of accounting. Mark has over seven years of professional accounting experience prior to joining Boulay, including five years at a large international public accounting firm specializing in construction and real estate industries.

Mark holds a Master of Science degree in Accounting from Rutgers University and earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and participates in both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mark has also served as a Board Member for the Yeshiva of Minneapolis since September 2022.

In his free time, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and two young daughters, and sports such as baseball, hockey and golf.
