Boulay is excited to announce that the team at Crimson Peak Partners, a consulting firm that focused on business advisory, corporate development, and transaction assistance, recently joined Boulay. The Crimson Peak team now operates under the Boulay brand with Mark Bader, Director, Gannon Seeck, Director, and John Howe, Manager, joining Boulay’s existing Transaction Advisory Services department.
“We’re thrilled to be joining Boulay and broadening the value we bring to our clients,” said Bader. “This partnership enhances our ability to support businesses through critical transitions – whether it’s navigating an operational turnaround, scaling financial operations, or preparing for a transaction. Our clients will now benefit from Boulay’s full range of services, and we’re excited to help expand the firm’s business transformation offerings by bringing a team of experienced operators focused on driving performance and growth.”
Boulay clients now have access to an expanded range of consulting services brought by Bader, Seeck, and Howe. These include interim CFO support, strategic finance, FP&A, risk management, and U.S. GAAP compliance expertise.
Former clients of Crimson Peak will now benefit from Boulay’s comprehensive service offerings, which include outsourced accounting and bookkeeping, tax, transaction diligence, valuation, retirement plan administration, and risk advisory services.
“The integration of Crimson Peak represents a significant step forward in expanding Boulay’s advisory capabilities,” said Dan Korsman, Partner and member of Boulay PLLP’s Board of Directors. “Their team brings deep operational experience, a builder’s mindset, and a demonstrated ability to execute sophisticated financial strategies in complex transactions. This collaboration not only increases our capacity but also enhances our ability to deliver agile, insight-driven solutions to our clients.”
