Boulay Welcomes New Assistant Controller

Boulay recently hired Kelsey Harris as a new Assistant Controller. She joins Boulay with over seven years of professional accounting experience.

Working within Boulay’s Transaction Group, Kelsey is involved in developing and leading the Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) sub-department, which offers ongoing accounting and advisory services for companies newly acquired by Search Fund and Private Capital clients. She assists clients with a variety of complex internal accounting and business process outsourcing projects, aimed to set clients up for a seamless and accurate accounting transition post-close from an M&A transaction. Prior to joining Boulay, Kelsey worked at a national CPA firm, where she provided outsourced accounting services to clients on compilation and preparation engagements along with special projects.

Kelsey graduated summa cum laude from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota with a Master of Science degree in Accountancy. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.  

In her free time, Kelsey enjoys traveling (South Africa being her favorite destination so far), spending time with family and friends, and attending concerts, Broadway and comedy shows.
