Boulay, a leading Twin Cities accounting and consulting firm, recently hired Tyler Morris as a new Transaction Advisory Manager. He joins Boulay with seven years of experience, with a focus on due diligence and mergers and acquisitions.
Tyler works with private equity firms and strategic buyers, leading financial due diligence engagements and delivering Quality of Earnings (QoE) reports to support informed investment decisions. He specializes in QoE, M&A advisory, and private equity advisory, helping clients navigate complex transactions with clarity and confidence. Tyler began his career in assurance, where he spent two and a half years building a strong technical foundation before transitioning into transaction advisory services and developing his expertise in the M&A space.
Tyler holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and is passionate about the fast-paced nature of M&A, where ability and critical thinking are key to success.
In his free time, Tyler enjoys spending time with his wife and golden retrievers, watch collecting, golfing, traveling and cheering on Penn State and Philadelphia sports.
