(Minneapolis) – Boulay, a leading Twin Cities accounting and consulting firm, recently hired Blake Faust as a Senior Retirement Plan Advisor. He joins Boulay with over a decade of experience in retirement benefits consulting.
Blake works closely with corporate clients to support retirement plan design, investment oversight, fiduciary risk mitigation and employee engagement. Prior to joining Boulay, he led retirement plan consulting teams and partnered directly with business owners and plan sponsors to strengthen their retirement programs. He works primarily with growing small to mid‑size businesses that view their retirement benefits as a strategic tool to attract, retain and reward talent.
Blake holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Minnesota – Duluth. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional, an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®), a Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS®), and a Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA®). Blake is involved in the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA) and the Financial Planning Association of Minnesota.
Blake has been recognized by the NAPA as an Aces Top Retirement Plan Advisor Under 40, receiving the honor in 2020, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2026. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, trying new restaurants and golfing.
