Boulay, a leading Twin Cities accounting and consulting firm, recently hired Frank Ranallo as a Consulting CFO within the Client Accounting Advisory Services (CAAS) Team. He joins Boulay with over 20 years of financial leadership experience spanning operational transformation, private equity transactions, and helping for-profit businesses navigate growth.
Frank brings extensive experience in ERP implementations, process improvement, change management, and strategic planning. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong ability to scale teams, implement enterprise systems, and bring structure to complex financial environments. He works closely with clients to identify operational and financial challenges, implement effective systems and processes, and support organizations as they scale and evolve.
Frank holds an MBA in Operations and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. His leadership approach is rooted in collaboration and mentorship, shaped in part by the discipline and values he developed during his honorable service in the U.S. Army.
Frank spends his free time hiking and playing video and board games with his friends and family. He also enjoys spending time with pets, Debit, Cash, and Credit.
