Boulay, a leading Twin Cities accounting and consulting firm, recently hired Peter Warcup as a new Transaction Advisory Manager. He joins Boulay with seven years of experience spanning investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, and accounting advisory.
Peter advises founder-led and private equity-backed companies through complex sale and transition processes, guiding C-suite executives from transaction readiness through diligence and close. He brings deep experience in mergers and acquisitions, IPO readiness, and financial due diligence, with a focus on the manufacturing, home services, and construction services industries. Prior to joining Boulay, Peter worked in investment banking, financial accounting advisory, and audit, where he built a strong technical foundation in financial reporting and transaction execution.
Peter holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and is passionate about helping business owners navigate pivotal moments with clarity and confidence.
In his free time, Peter enjoys water and snow skiing, golf and watching Minnesota Viking and Gopher football.
