Boulay recently welcomed back Sarah Swanson, CPA, as a Learning and Development Manager.
In this role, Swanson supports Boulay’s Learning and Development (L&D) department, which focuses on the professional growth of Boulay team members and the overall operational effectiveness of the firm. She is responsible for training and assisting young professionals early in their careers, encouraging advancement in their professional development. Swanson draws on her passion for people to empower Boulay team members to find their path and hone their unique skills.
Swanson originally joined Boulay in 2017 and, after gaining a year of valuable industry experience, rejoined the firm in 2025. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys attending her kids’ activities, playing golf with her youngest son, crocheting, and enjoying dinners with her friends.
