Boulay has recently relocated its Mankato office, moving to a larger space to support the increasing number of team members serving clients in the area. The office is now located at 1400 Madison Ave., #750, Mankato, MN 56001.

Boulay’s decision to initially open an office in Mankato in May of 2022 was driven by the city’s expanding marketplace. Greater Mankato Growth, Inc. reports that between 2010 and 2020, Mankato grew 12 times faster than other similarly sized cities, and it was ranked #13 in the best small cities for business in 2022 by chamberofcommerce.org. Mankato also ranks as the top manufacturing hub in Greater Minnesota, a sector Boulay specializes in.
Greater Mankato attributes the city’s economic stability to its diverse economy, which includes a 28% primary sector, a 50% professional and service sector, and a 21% retail/consumer sector. Over the past decade, the region has attracted more than $1.5 billion in capital investment, solidifying its reputation as a sound investment market.
With 5,000 college graduates annually, Mankato is also an excellent area to recruit, develop, and retain talent from local universities and the broader community. It allows Boulay to have immediate access to the area’s skilled workforce and continue to offer flexible work environments, business development and networking opportunities for those based in Minnesota.
