PCAOB and AICPA Qualifications for SEC Compliance

Following the enactment of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act in 2002, Boulay became a Registered Independent Firm with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB). We recently completed our seventh cycle of PCAOB examinations, again receiving a clean report on our Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) audits, with no comments from the inspection team. Boulay has also participated in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA)’s Peer Review Program since 1979. As a part of this program, we obtain an independent peer review of our quality control systems every three years. We have invariably received the highest level of unqualified opinions on the quality of our practice.
