ENHANCING INTERGENERATIONAL COLLABORATION
At Boulay, we aim to create a workplace where intergenerational collaboration drives innovation, learning, and mutual respect. EXPANDING GENDER EQUITY
Through Boulay’s initial workplace experience assessments, we identified gender equity as a specific area for improvement at our firm, especially among our leadership. As a result, we are increasing our awareness and education on treating all genders equitably and continuing to offer professional development opportunities for all. By enhancing policies and practices that empower everyone, our goal is to increase gender diversity among all levels and departments and to break down barriers at our firm. WINGS, our women-focused ERG, provides additional resources to not only women, but to all team members seeking to be actionable allies for women.

Employee Resource Groups
The Women’s Inclusion Network Group for Success (WINGS) aims to empower women to thrive in the workplace and foster an inclusive culture of allyship that promotes gender equity for all colleagues at Boulay. By creating a supportive forum, providing resources and tools to address challenges, and celebrating the strengths of diversity, WINGS supports women’s growth, contributions, and impact on the innovation and overall well-being of the entire organization.
The Remote Employees Advocating for Connection and Harmony (REACH) group enhances the remote team member experience by fostering a connected and inclusive community. REACH provides resources, opportunities, and initiatives that promote professional development, well-being, and collaboration, regardless of physical location. By championing the unique needs of remote team members, REACH strives to empower our remote workforce to achieve their full potential and contribute meaningfully to Boulay’s success.
The Enhancing Mental Peace, Optimism, Wellness, Empathy and Resilience (EMPOWER) group fosters a supportive and inclusive environment where all team members feel empowered and encouraged to prioritize their mental wellbeing. By promoting awareness, educating on mental health stigma, and providing resources that enhance resilience and mental wellness, EMPOWER aims to create a workplace culture that values mental health as an essential component of professional success and personal fulfillment.
Community and Connection
Our team members are encouraged to get involved within Boulay’s culture by participating in various programs and committees. Though each of these serve a different purpose, all foster professional development, connection among colleagues and personal growth for our team members.
The B-Teams promote team member connectedness, community involvement and wellness through events and initiatives and create opportunities for our team to: B-Together (helping team members learn, laugh, and play), B-Involved (providing opportunities to be of service to our communities), and B-Well (promoting team member well-being).

Boulay’s innovation group, BVolve, inspires a culture of creativity and continuous improvement. This group works to uncover, develop and take action on new ideas across the firm, leading to constant innovations in how we serve clients and each other.

The Boulay Leadership Enhancement and Development Series (LEADS) provides leadership training and education for our team members as they grow and develop in their career at Boulay. LEADS is comprised of three levels, each with a unique focus and geared for different levels of experience.

Boulay’s Culture & Inclusion Committee is comprised of 12 team members from varying departments and levels across the firm. These team members work to execute inclusive strategic initiatives and planning, while serving as advocates and influencers at the firm.

Boulay’s Mentor Program partners team members with appropriate mentors who assist and support their professional development at Boulay. In addition to building meaningful relationships, mentors aid their mentees in their career growth and work/life integration.

The One Boulay Financial Education Series allows our team members to share their specialized knowledge with others across the firm by covering relevant topics and offering actionable advice that helps our team members engage in proactive planning for their financial futures.

Rising Early Professionals (REP) provides opportunities for development and connection among Boulay’s early-career professionals. First- and second-year team members gain greater awareness of Boulay’s service lines, grow professionally, and make connections and share experiences with team members across the firm.
