Julie joined Boulay in 2007 and has served in various capacities over the last 20 years, spanning talent acquisition, benefits administration, performance and leadership development to leading our inclusive culture efforts. Most recently, she has been named Director of Culture and Community Impact. In her current role, she is responsible for developing and overseeing our Firm’s Culture and Community Impact strategies. This includes the development and implementation of our philanthropic efforts and community outreach, as well as overseeing our Employee Resources Groups and many of our Firm culture initiatives. She is passionate about ensuring our team members are seen, supported, and empowered to give of their best.
