Mark is a finance and transformation advisor with nearly 15 years of experience guiding private equity and venture-backed companies through growth, transition, and restructuring. He rejoined Boulay in 2025, drawn by its entrepreneurial spirit and client-focused culture. Mark’s expertise spans strategic finance, FP&A, capital raising, M&A, interim CFO leadership, and corporate turnarounds. Prior to Boulay, he co-founded a consulting firm focused on strategic finance and transformation for high-growth and distressed companies. He has led through IPO readiness, carveouts, and near-insolvency turnarounds—building stability and scale in high-pressure environments. Mark thrives in complex situations, helping businesses create structure, unlock clarity, and move forward with confidence.
