Jon Mezzadri
Jon joined Boulay as a tax manager in 2024. He drives digital transformation in the firm’s tax services, leveraging technology to streamline compliance processes and enhance data accuracy. He focuses on bridging the gap between traditional tax expertise and creative solutions to deliver more value to his clients. Jon primarily serves clients in private equity, search fund, and personal income and small business tax. His computer programming background makes him uniquely positioned to innovate financial reporting and tax compliance, all while staying ahead of the curve in industry digitalization. Becoming a father has deepened his commitment to his career; transforming his personal ambition into creating a meaningful legacy where he leads with purpose. Prior to pursuing his education in computer programming, Jon worked for more than 13 years in tax and accounting services at a big four firm and global investment bank.
