Emily joined Boulay in 2013 and was promoted to Partner in 2023. Emily specializes in trust, estate, and gift tax compliance, comprehensive estate plans, and probate and estate administration, including asset transfer and trust funding. She draws from her education in both accounting and law to be able to provide a variety of services for her clients. With this knowledge, Emily is capable of handling every step of a client’s planning opportunities, whether it is during life or through death and beyond. She enjoys working with families and individuals to help them through what may be complex and technical issues. Emily is also responsible for supervision and development of estate and trust department staff.
