Two-Day Program. Lifelong Lessons.
Our two-day summer program is intended for sophomore through senior accounting and finance students who want to learn more about careers in all our service lines. You are introduced to our various departments through panels, small group discussions, and condensed case studies. Our program allows you the opportunity to connect and network with team members at all levels, from associates to partners. You gain first-hand insight into the day-to-day work and our firm. This is a great potential pipeline to internship and full-time opportunities!

Minimum requirements
- Working toward a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting. Accounting majors must be working towards 150 credit hours
- 3.0 GPA minimum
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Eagerness to learn about careers within public accounting and wealth management
- Desire to be a team player and connect with Boulay staff and program participants
- Completion of introductory and/or advanced level accounting and finance courses prior to the program
