Valerie joined Boulay in 2015 and has more than 15 years of marketing and communications experience. As a Marketing Manager, Valerie collaborates with Boulay leadership and team members to develop and execute strategic marketing goals for Boulay’s talent acquisition team, as well as the firm’s internal communications strategy. She creates and oversees marketing plans and budgets, implements various marketing initiatives, provides marketing expertise and guidance for Boulay, and acts as a resource and mentor for other marketing department team members. Valerie also serves on Boulay’s Culture & Inclusion Leadership team, where she assists with developing and executing the firm’s Culture & Inclusion vision, strategy and initiatives.
