Tyler joined Boulay in 2026, bringing seven years of public accounting experience. As a Transaction Advisory Manager, he focuses on delivering Quality of Earnings (QoE) reports by leading financial due diligence processes for mergers and acquisitions, working closely with private equity firms and strategic buyers to provide insights that support informed investment decisions. He specializes in QoE, M&A advisory, and private equity advisory, and began his career in assurance, where he built a strong technical foundation before transitioning into transaction advisory services. With a passion for M&A, Tyler thrives in a fast-paced environment that requires adaptability and critical thinking, allowing him to navigate complex transactions and deliver meaningful value to clients throughout the deal process.
