Tyler Loesch

Tyler joined Boulay in 2025 and was promoted to Consulting CFO in 2026. He brings more than 10 years of finance and accounting consulting experience, helping organizations strengthen financial performance, improve operational efficiency, and support sustainable growth. As a Consulting CFO on the Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) team, Tyler partners with Search Fund and Private Capital-backed companies to provide strategic financial leadership, oversee outsourced accounting functions, and lead finance transformation initiatives.

Prior to joining Boulay, Tyler specialized in finance transformation and transition services, guiding organizations through complex operational and financial changes. He works closely with business owners, executives, and management teams to deliver actionable insights, enhance decision-making, and drive long-term value creation. Tyler is passionate about building meaningful client relationships and serving as a trusted advisor who helps organizations achieve their strategic objectives while positioning their teams for continued success.
