Tyler Loesch

Tyler joined Boulay in 2025 and has over 10 years of finance and accounting consulting experience. As a Consulting Controller on the Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) team, he supports newly acquired Search Fund and Private Capital companies through outsourced accounting projects, process improvements, and software implementations that strengthen financial operations. Prior to joining Boulay, Tyler specialized in finance transformation and transition services. He works closely with clients to create, implement and optimize processes while serving as a strategic partner to strengthen organizations. He is passionate about building meaningful client relationships and ensuring that both teams and clients are set up for success.

• In College, Tyler studied on a ship that took him to Africa, Asia, and South America. He hopes to one day explore Europe.
