Toni Miller

Toni joined Boulay in 2023 and was promoted to Consulting Controller in 2026. She brings more than 20 years of accounting and audit experience across public accounting, government, and outsourced accounting environments. As a Controller on Boulay’s Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) team, Toni works closely with clients to oversee their day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, month- and year-end close, cash management, reconciliations, and internal controls. She enjoys helping clients work through complex accounting issues, improve processes, and feel confident that their financial information is accurate and meaningful.

Prior to joining Boulay’s CAAS team, Toni served as a Senior Auditor with the firm, where she played a key role in audit engagements and helped clients evaluate accounting processes and internal controls. Earlier in her career, she held accounting and audit roles with the California Military Department, California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, and a California public accounting firm. Toni values building strong, lasting relationships with clients and enjoys being someone they can rely on for practical guidance, thoughtful problem-solving, and support as their businesses grow and evolve.
