Tammy Basham
Tammy joined Boulay in 2022, was named partner in 2025, and has over 20 years of experience in defined contribution plan administration and consulting with an emphasis on Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs). She provides plan analysis and consulting for a variety of qualified retirement plans, as well as complex issue resolution, compliance testing, and repurchase obligations. Tammy supports clients with the goal of making their plan successful and building long-term relationships. She leads the Retirement Plan Administration department and is involved with numerous initiatives, including review of year-end plan administration, allocations and compliance testing. Prior to joining Boulay, Tammy was a Director in the Benefit Plans group at a large national accounting firm.
