Richard H. Lehman
Rich joined Boulay in 1991 and became a partner in 2002. He has more than 30 years of experience in audit, accounting, management consulting, business valuations, cash flow analysis and litigation support services, and he is licensed to practice in eight states. Rich provides financial consulting and strategic planning to clients in the manufacturing, renewable energy, construction, wholesale/distribution, retail, and professional service industries and is involved in the firm’s Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Practice and advises management concerning SEC regulations and reporting requirements. Rich plans and conducts audits, reviews, and compilation engagements for financial statements of closely-held companies and SEC registrant clients, and he has performed business valuations for a variety of purposes including estate planning, shareholder disputes, acquisitions and divestitures, etc.
Rich coaches youth sports, is an avid fisherman and enjoys relaxing at the cabin.
