Peter joined Boulay in 2026, bringing seven years of experience in investment banking, M&A, and accounting advisory. As a Transaction Advisory Manager, he works with founder-led and private equity-backed companies navigating complex sale and transition processes, supporting C-suite executives from readiness through close. His background includes M&A advisory, IPO preparation, and financial due diligence, with industry experience spanning manufacturing, medical technology, home services, and construction services. Before Boulay, Peter held roles in investment banking, accounting advisory, and audit, equipping him with a strong technical foundation and the ability to deliver practical, financially grounded transaction guidance.
