He performs audit quality review, and he is well-versed in technical accounting and reporting matters and SEC rules and regulations. He has more than six years prior experience in public accounting focusing on audit and mergers and acquisitions due diligence, and he has more than two years prior experience in private accounting, including experience as the corporate controller of a $600 million revenue private equity owned food manufacturing company.
