Monica Sullivan
Monica joined Boulay in 2024, bringing more than 30 years of public accounting experience. She provides tax consulting and planning for high-net-worth individuals and privately held businesses. Monica focuses on closely held flow-through entities, trust work and individual taxation. She prepares and manages multi-state returns, projections, tax planning strategies and entity selections. For Monica, helping others is the most rewarding part of her job. Whether it’s witnessing clients grow their businesses or watching teammates learn and succeed, she feels encouraged by their success and personal development. Before joining Boulay, Monica spent 20 years at a big four firm serving high-net-worth individuals and privately held businesses, three years in industry at a national manufacturing firm and eight years with a local firm in Iowa.
