Michael Laier
Mike joined Boulay as a partner in 2025 with over 15 years of professional accounting experience. He provides tax consulting services to entities taxed as partnerships with a focus on complex planning issues related to entity formations, sales, mergers, and reorganization transactions. Mike serves clients in a wide range of industries, and has significant experience with manufacturing, construction, real estate, and private equity companies. He strives to educate clients on the complex issues that occur in partnership tax, to enhance their understanding and work collaboratively to find the right solutions. Prior to joining Boulay, Mike worked within the national tax offices of several top 10 national public accounting firms as a partnership tax specialist.
