Michael A. Crabtree

Mike joined Boulay in 2000 and became a partner in 2014. He specializes in providing federal and state income tax research and finding solutions to complex tax questions. Mike also provides in-depth tax guidance to Boulay partners and staff, including keeping them up to date on tax law developments, and he provides federal and state tax compliance services for individuals, partnerships, and corporations. Mike assists businesses and individuals in tax planning strategies designed to minimize their income tax liability, and he represents and assists clients in the examination of income tax returns by federal and state tax authorities.
