Mackenzie Cadwell

Mackenzie joined Boulay in 2020 as an intern and was promoted to Tax Manager in 2026. She provides tax compliance and planning services for multi-state closely held businesses, ESOPs, and professional service firms. Mackenzie specializes in tax research, correspondence with tax authorities, business reorganizations, and foreign tax matters, helping clients navigate complex tax issues while remaining compliant with evolving regulations. In addition to serving clients, she supports the continued growth and development of Boulay’s tax team through active training and mentoring.
