Kyle Bryne

Kyle joined Boulay in 2017 and has been a manager since 2023. With more than five years of public accounting experience, he provides tax compliance and consulting services to clients operating across a variety of industries, with a focus on employee-owned companies including Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs). Kyle prepares and reviews Federal and multi-state tax returns with supporting workpapers, primarily for individuals and corporate entities. He also assists clients with tax planning opportunities designed to minimize tax liabilities.
