Kris Braaten

Kris joined Boulay in 2011 and has nearly 15 years of experience in accounting, operations and business intelligence. He leads Boulay’s Business Intelligence team, which supports firm leadership with data analyses and insights to assist in enhanced decision-making and operational efficiencies. Kris leads the design and development of dashboards, reports and data visualizations. He collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their needs and continually assess how the Business Intelligence team can implement solutions that meet those needs. He also provides oversight to budgets, forecasts, financial analysis, and resource management processes to ensure alignment with Boulay’s strategic direction.
