Kelsey Harris
Kelsey joined Boulay in 2023 and was promoted to Consulting Controller in 2025. She has over seven years of professional accounting experience. Working within Boulay’s Transaction Group, she is involved in developing and leading the Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) sub-department, which offers ongoing accounting and advisory services for companies newly acquired by Search Fund and Private Capital clients. Kelsey assists clients with a variety of complex internal accounting tasks, including monthly and annual close and financial statement preparation. She also assists with business process outsourcing projects such as invoicing, bill payments, bank and credit card reconciliations, adjusting journal entries and more. Kelsey strives to set clients up for a seamless and accurate accounting transition post-close from an M&A transaction, empowering them to make smart business decisions. Prior to joining Boulay, she worked at a national CPA firm, where she provided outsourced accounting services to clients on compilation and preparation engagements along with special projects.
