Kelly Fergus
Kelly joined Boulay in 2023 and was promoted to Senior Manager of the Retirement Plan Administration team in 2026. She has 29 years of experience serving Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and 401(k) clients. Kelly is passionate about helping clients navigate complex challenges and supporting the growth and development of her team. She is driven by opportunities to make a positive impact, whether through client service, mentoring colleagues, or improving processes that enhance the experience of those around her.
