Kate Eidem
Kate joined Andrew Kremer Law as an attorney in 2026. The firm is affiliated with the Boulay group of advisors. She focuses her practice on elder law advising on Medicaid eligibility and benefits, long-term care planning, and asset protection strategies such as Medicaid-compliant annuities. Kate also has experience of supporting clients’ estate planning needs and adult protection matters. For Kate, this work is more than a profession– it is a calling. She considers it a privilege to stand alongside clients during their most vulnerable transitions, whether navigating chronic illness, aging, or end-of-life planning. By prioritizing high-touch service and clear, responsive communication, Kate ensures that the families who trust her with their legacies never have to face these hurdles alone. The relationships she builds do more than shape her perspective, they fuel her dedication to providing the compassionate, protective advocacy every senior deserves.
