Julie joined Boulay in 2007 and has served as the Director of Culture and Inclusion since 2023. With nearly 20 years of experience, she is responsible for executing and managing the firm’s Culture and Inclusion initiatives and programming. She also leads initiatives related to onboarding, offboarding, and activities ensuring Boulay’s new and fully remote team members feel connected to their teams and the firm. Prior to transitioning to the Director of Culture and Inclusion role, Julie spent over 15 years in Boulay’s Human Resources department, focusing on employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and other Human Resource efforts.
