Josh J. Suciu
Josh joined Boulay in 2016 in the Accounting Advisory department and transitioned to the Boulay Transaction Group in 2020. He performs financial due diligence engagements for both buyers and sellers, including quality of earnings analysis, working capital disputes, and earnout disputes. Josh focuses on providing timely, relevant information to clients to help them make informed investment decisions. He provides transaction services to search funds, private equity, family investment offices, corporate, and individuals. He is also actively involved in recruiting, interviewing, mentoring, and training of younger staff.
In his free time, Josh enjoys cheering on the Minnesota Golden Gophers football team, visiting local breweries and staying active.
