Jake Theisen

Jake joined Boulay in 2017 and was promoted to senior manager in 2025. He specializes in providing audit and accounting services to privately held clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing and distribution, real estate, construction, professional services, and employee benefit plans. Jake plans, organizes, and conducts client audit, review and compilation engagements. He prepares financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and other special purpose frameworks of accounting. Jake communicates results of attestation services through management communications during an engagement. He is also actively involved in recruiting and training younger staff.
