Jake Bitz

Jake joined Boulay in 2025 and was named partner in 2026. With over a decade of public accounting experience, Jake leads and develops the Client Accounting Advisory Services (CAAS) sub-department, drawing on his previous experience as a controller for a global accounting firm. He also acts as a consulting CFO in Boulay’s Transaction Group. Jake is passionate about finding and creating opportunities for clients and coworkers alike. He assists clients through complex business processes and various outsourced accounting projects, identifying areas for optimization and providing support to newly acquired Search Fund and Private Capital companies.
