Jacob Milgrim

Jacob joined Boulay in 2024 and was promoted to Manager in 2026. He has seven years of experience in business valuation. Jacob assists business owners, management teams, and investors on business valuation matters for financial reporting, management planning, and tax compliance purposes. His experience includes managing valuation engagements for financial reporting purposes, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and goodwill impairment testing, as well as tax-related valuations for operating companies and asset holding entities. Jacob serves clients across a variety of industries, including technology, professional services, manufacturing, industrials, health care, life sciences, and retail.
