He has helped for-profit businesses navigate growth, operational transformation, and private equity transitions. As a CPA and MBA, Frank focuses on translating complex financial strategies into clear, actionable plans that drive results. He has led teams of 6 to 50+ professionals and has experience in ERP implementations, process improvement, change management, and strategic planning. His leadership style is shaped by the discipline and values developed during his honorable service in the U.S. Army. Frank works closely with clients to identify operational and financial challenges, implement effective systems and processes, and support organizations as they scale and evolve.
