Erik L. Allen
Erik joined Boulay in 1992 and became a partner in 2002. He has more than 25 years of experience in accounting, auditing and management consulting and is a Certified Specialist in Mergers and Acquisitions. Erik focuses on financial due-diligence assignments for numerous clients and private equity funds, and he analyzes business operations and provides recommendations for enhancing overall business performance. In addition, Erik oversees audit and other financial reporting engagements for clients in a variety of industries, including ESOP-owned companies.
Erik lives in Shakopee with his family. He enjoys relaxing at the cabin, cheering on the Golden Gophers, watching Minnesota Timberwolves basketball and golfing.
