Emily Blackburn
Emily joined Boulay in 2013, was promoted to Partner in 2023, and now leads the firm’s Estate and Trust department. She specializes in trust, estate, and gift tax compliance, comprehensive estate plans, and probate and estate administration, including asset transfer and trust funding. Emily draws from her education in both accounting and law to be able to provide a variety of services for her clients. With this knowledge, she is capable of handling every step of a client’s planning opportunities, whether it is during life or through death and beyond. Emily enjoys working with families and individuals to help them through what may be complex and technical issues. She is also responsible for supervision and development of estate and trust department staff.
