Dan Cameron
Dan joined Boulay as a partner in 2024 with nearly 20 years of professional accounting experience. As a leader on Boulay’s private equity and search fund tax team, he provides tax consulting, planning and compliance services to entities taxed as corporations. Dan advises on a variety of complex M&A and transactional issues, including those related to entity formations, sales, mergers, and reorganization transactions. He also provides expert guidance on ASC 740, to assist corporations with accounting for income taxes under U.S. GAAP. Dan serves clients in a wide range of industries and has significant experience with manufacturing, e-commerce and technology companies. He strives to guide his private equity and search fund clients through each stage of the business life cycle, helping them make the most tax-efficient decisions and acting as a trusted advisor in their business matters. Prior to joining Boulay, Dan served on the tax and transaction advisory teams at several Chicago-based public accounting firms.
