Cathy joined Boulay Financial Advisors, LLC in 2021 and has more than 25 years of experience within the financial services industry. As Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer, Cathy partners with other leaders in BFA to identify, manage and deliver on operational, technology and compliance priorities, as well as develop strategies to drive change at all levels. Cathy is passionate about improving the client experience and is motivated by the opportunity to solve problems, get answers, serve others and improve processes and procedures.
