Brian Olsen
Brian joined Boulay in 2008 and has been a senior manager since 2020. He specializes in state and local tax—specifically state income tax and sales tax. Brian monitors for state tax law changes, he provides state tax audit defense, and he consults on state tax matters. He provides nexus and apportionment services, and he has significant experience in providing audit, review, compilation and accounting services to clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing and distribution, construction and not-for-profit organizations. Brian is also responsible for the supervision and development of tax and accounting staff. Prior to joining Boulay, he worked for four years with other public accounting firms.
