Brian King

Brian has been with Boulay since 2011 when the firm merged with Hansen, Jergenson, Nergaard, and Co. He has more than 25 years of audit, accounting, and tax consulting experience, and he specializes in providing audit and accounting services to closely held businesses in a variety of industries, including distribution, construction, manufacturing and retail. Brian also performs audits for a variety of non-profit organizations and 401(k) plans. He is well-versed in technical accounting and reporting matters and assists clients in applying them. Brian also develops and communicates recommendations for improving internal controls.
